Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data from any game or app published by Silent Orchestra AB on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
How to request deletion
- In the app (where available): open Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

By email: send a request to
pontus.wallentin.espe@gmail.com
with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include:
- the name of the game/app;
- your in-game player ID or display name (found in the app's settings), or the email/platform account you signed in with.
We will confirm and complete email requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deleting it.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in association (e.g. Google Play Games / Apple Game Center link);
- Your game progress, cloud saves, and display name;
- Analytics and diagnostics data linked to your account or device identifiers.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Purchase records required for bookkeeping, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes are retained for the period required by Swedish law (currently 7 years), in a form that is no longer linked to your game account.
- Support correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months.
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you are retained indefinitely.
Note: deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions or refund purchases. Manage subscriptions and refunds through Google Play or the App Store directly.
Deleting data without deleting your account
If you want to delete only some of your data (for example analytics history) while keeping your account, email pontus.wallentin.espe@gmail.com and describe what you want removed. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of your rights.
