Game support
Having trouble with one of our games — a bug, a lost purchase, or a question? Email us at pontus.wallentin.espe@gmail.com and include:
- the name of the game;
- your device model and OS version (e.g. Pixel 9, Android 16);
- what happened, and what you expected to happen.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by the platform you bought them on. For refunds, use Google Play's refund process or Apple's refund process. If a purchase didn't arrive in-game, contact us and we'll restore it.
